Alan Ludlow
Director
Alan’s 30-year career in the property industry has seen him work with some of the leading and largest real estate and property valuation firms in South Australia and Queensland.
Beginning his valuation career in the late 1960’s with the State Valuation Office, he was then offered a cadetship with the Commonwealth Taxation Office. Alan entered the private sector in the late 1970s joining with a suburban real estate company/hotel broker before moving to Knight Frank and then Colliers where he provided valuation and agency services to the hospitality industry.
His extensive expertise covers broad and diverse areas including working for State Governments, major real estate companies, the aged person accommodation industry, site acquisition, hospitality properties and general residential and commercial valuations.
Alan is a highly professional and experienced valuation consultant and has operated his own valuation practice for the past four years covering most property sectors. During this time Alan was retained by a public company to source and purchase sites for retirement villages throughout Australia and New Zealand.
He has a Diploma of Technology in Valuation (SAIT) and is one of that rare breed – Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
In his free time, Alan enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, body surfing, playing lawn bowls and watching the antics of his two miniature schnauzer dogs.
Vanessa Natale
Office Manager/Depreciation Schedules Business Development Manager
After completing her Diploma in Business, Vanessa accepted a position with a leading law firm, supporting a large legal team where she excelled in providing efficient and timely services to professional staff and management teams.
Currently studying toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Vanessa joined CWM Market Line to assist senior valuers with the co-ordination of valuation reporting and meeting client expectations.
Vanessa’s professional, friendly and efficient approach to both internal and external clients and her commitment to customer service add another dimension to the CWM Market Line team.
On weekends (when she’s not studying) Vanessa somehow finds time to play tennis and netball, travel, cook, walk and listen to music.
